Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, our white-glove delivery service may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Myza ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
How do I care for my Myza textiles?
Most of our linens and throws are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend air drying or tumble drying on low heat to maintain fiber integrity.
Can I track my furniture delivery in real-time?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email. For large freight items, our delivery partner will call you to schedule a specific arrival window.
