With a 5.5 kg (12 lb) density, these are the firmest recycled chip foam blocks available, offering greater durability and longevity than cheaper, low-density alternatives.

Versatile Support for Seated & Inverted Poses

Use a block to raise the hips in seated postures for a straighter spine, or stack multiple blocks together to create classic shoulder stand support. Their 2-inch (5 cm) height makes them especially useful for building height gradually and safely.

Sustainable & Naturally Unique

Made from densely compressed recycled chip foam using manufacturing offcuts, each block features a mottled, multicoloured appearance that may vary from batch to batch. Minor size variations may occur due to the recycled production process, without affecting performance.

Softer Feel than EVA Foam Blocks

While firm for chip foam, these blocks have a slightly softer, more cushioned feel than EVA foam blocks. If you are looking for maximum firmness, we recommend Yoga Studio EVA half blocks.
