Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Myza packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement home goods within 5 to 7 business days.
